At a recent campaign event, Hillary Clinton finally admitted what many conservatives have been saying for years: Obamacare is costing Americans jobs.

The moment came when a woman asked Hillary why companies were increasingly hiring part-time workers over full-time. The answer, of course, is that Obamacare incentivizes companies to hire part-time workers who work less than 40 hours a week, so they don't have to provide healthcare benefits.

Hillary said the affordable care act is "the reason companies are going to part-time."

"You know, we've got to change that because we have built in some unfortunate incentives that discourage full-time employment," Clinton said. "A lot of employers believe if you don't work 40-hours a week you don't get benefits and that includes you don't get a healthcare benefit, that might include you're not eligible for the family and medical leave."

"I'm really worried about it because there's a trend to move more and more people into part-time work," Clinton added.
